How do I care for my product?

ACTIVEWEAR APTFLEX: Machine wash cold with like colors and lay flat to dry. Or, tumble dry on low if you’re on the go.

For the first wash, we recommend washing the new piece alone.

Please note that color dyes may have different effects on each type of fabric.


What are your delivery times?

Domestic orders will be processed and shipped using Standard domestic shipping. The whole shipping process will take around 3-7 business days. However, we cannot be held responsible for carrier delays. 

For international orders, please allow up to 10-15 business days for your package to arrive. 

Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.

How much is the shipping cost?

Standard shipping is FREE on orders MYR 150+, otherwise it is MYR 7.

International shipping will be available soon! 

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

What if I receive the wrong product or have an missing item?

In the unlikely event you're missing an item, or have receive a wrong item/order, please contact us immediately via email with the following information and we'll sort that right away:

  • Your order number
  • The name of the item you didn't receive
  • A photo and the name of the item you have received (if the wrong item)

Do you offer exchange or return?

We get it - sometimes something just doesn't work for you and you want to return or exchange. 

If you’re not obsessed with your Cnrstone pieces, you may return them for store credit refund within 30 days of receiving your order as long as item(s) are still in their original condition. 

Once you have submitted your return request, you have 7 days to ship back your item(s). Please note that items may only be exchanged once; if your exchange arrives and you are still unhappy with it, you may return it for store credit. A small fee of RM10 will be deducted from the total amount and the balance will be reimbursed in the form of store credit.

If you request an exchange, your item(s) is not guaranteed to be in stock and will only be reserved for you once your return has been received and checked by our warehouse. We suggest dropping off your return ASAP to increase the likelihood that your requested exchange item(s) is still in stock. If your requested item(s) is no longer in stock, you will automatically receive store credit for your return.

Please note: We will only accept items that are new and unworn. If returned item(s) shows any signs of wear or damage beyond (reasonable) repair, you will be offered a 20% refund or can have the item(s) shipped back to you. 

If you ordered a bundle and wish to return only one piece, you will be responsible for the full price of the piece you keep and will be refunded the difference.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

All sale items are non-refundable and are not eligible for exchange.
